TeamTigé Rider Adam Errington named Rookie of the Year

Abilene, Texas – July 24, 2007 – TeamTigé rider Adam Errington has been named Rookie of the Year for the 2007 Pro Wakeboard Tour.  As a first-year pro rider he ranked in the top 10 among the top riders in the industry.  Adam received a standing ovation from fellow riders at the Pro Tour awards banquet after he was announced the Rookie of the Year after the final stop of the Pro Wakeboard Tour in Portland, Oregon on Sunday, July 22.

Adam took home the Junior Men’s title in 2006 and moved up a year early to ride in the pro division.  “I have worked really hard this year to compete with the best riders in the world,” stated Errington.  On Sunday, July 22 Adam finished 3rd in Portland, Oregon at the final stop of the tour. 

Adam has been a TeamTigé rider since 2005.  He trains in Orlando, Florida behind a Tigé 24Ve.  He represents Tigé well on and off the water.  We are proud to have Adam Errington as a TeamTigé rider.
